I don't know why but... I kept on dreaming about this OC last night. I'm not kidding. Maybe she's trying to remind me to comment on this, because I kept on forgetting to do so. Anyways, I remember what I was going to say now: I really like it when Reina's hair colour is group with all those blues on her! Your sense of colour is pretty good. 
Digital drawings are always a pain when there's not enough time, but it's always good to practice traditional once in a while.
